Anne Johnsen Jørgensen

Anne Johnsen Jørgensen has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Anne currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at GOODIEBOX since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a People Partner at the same company from May 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining GOODIEBOX, Anne worked at Simple Feast as a People & Talent Manager from February 2022 to May 2022, and as a People Operations Manager from May 2020 to February 2022. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR processes and policies, advising and coaching managers on HR-related employee issues, implementing and optimizing HRIS BambooHR, and managing the on-and offboarding strategy.

Anne also worked at Unilever as a People Experience Lead from May 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they served as the first point of contact for employees and managers in HR-related questions, advised on employment law, worked with the HR system Workday, and ensured good people processes and optimization.

Prior to Unilever, Anne worked at Keylane as an HR Coordinator (maternity cover) from May 2018 to May 2019. Anne'sresponsibilities included supporting and guiding managers and colleagues in HR processes, HR legal, HR data system management, compliance with GDPR in HR, and supporting various tasks and projects.

Anne's earlier experiences include working at AIG as a Nordic HR Assistant from July 2014 to June 2017, where they handled administrative and operational tasks in the HR lifecycle, coordinated introduction events, supported payroll processes, and assisted with various ad-hoc tasks and projects. Anne also worked at Tryg as a Claims Handler and Student Assistant in Claims from February 2012 to July 2014, where they handled storm and cloudburst claims and provided daily communication with clients and partners.

Additionally, Anne worked as a Substitute Teacher at Bramsnæsvigskolen from August 2010 to June 2011, where they taught fixed teaching lessons and substituted for other teachers when needed.

From 2015 to 2017, they attended Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a Master's degree in Cand.merc.psyk. Anne'sfield of study during this period was focused on business administration and psychology.

Prior to their Master's degree, from 2012 to 2015, Anne Johnsen Jørgensen also attended Copenhagen Business School. Anne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology (HA(Psyk)).
