Doris Yip

Doris Yip, CHRL, serves as the Vice President of People & Development at GoodLeaf Farms since August 2021, previously holding the position of Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Doris Yip worked at Multimatic Inc. as Group Director of Human Resources from September 2017 to 2021, and at Rubicon Project as Director of Human Resources Business Partner from May 2015 to August 2016. Doris Yip's experience also includes leadership roles at Chango, kenna:, a law firm, Faurecia Automotive Seating, VWR International, Decoma, and Polycon Industries, where extensive expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development was demonstrated. Academic credentials include studies at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and Conestoga College.
