Adam Betz has over 14 years of work experience in the technology industry. Adam is currently working as a Principal Quality Engineer at GoodLeap since January 2023. Before that, they worked at Nike as a Quality Engagement Manager (QE) from December 2019 to December 2022, where they played a pivotal role in developing and executing a scalable quality engineering model for Nike's Korea on Platform migration project. Adam also worked at VMware as a Member Of Technical Staff in 2019.

Prior to that, Adam was a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Carbon Black, Inc. from October 2018 to October 2019, where they built workflow automation to improve software testing efficiency and drove a quality-focused roadmap for the team. Adam also served as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Coach.

Adam has also worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II and a Software Engineer, where they contributed to various projects such as Surface Neo and Windows 8 Shell. Adam was responsible for driving product health, implementing test automation, and communicating product bugs and QA metrics.

Before Microsoft, Adam worked at IBM as a Software Test Engineer, where they created test plans, built test automation, and authored test coverage reports. Adam also worked at ILOG as a QA Analyst and at Nike as an Application Engineer intern.

Adam started their career as a PHP/Web Technology Engineer at the University of Oregon. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong technical skills, experience in quality engineering, test automation, and Agile methodologies.

Adam Betz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Oregon from 2004 to 2008. Adam also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the same institution during the same period. In addition to their degrees, Adam Betz holds several certifications, including the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in February 2019. Adam also received patents from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for their inventions titled "Analysis of User Text" (issued in May 2018) and "Login interface selection for computing environment user login" (issued in May 2017).
