Clarisa Anderson

Clarisa Anderson, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Clarisa recently joined GoodLeap LLC in June 2022 as a Benefits & Compensation Administrator. Prior to that, they worked at Disability Rights California for 21 years, starting in February 2001 and holding the position of Senior HR Generalist until February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter at iTopia, Inc. from August 1999 to January 2001. Their early career includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Hall Kinion from June 1998 to July 1999.

Clarisa Anderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from CSU Sacramento. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources. In September 2020, they completed the certification course "Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems" through LinkedIn. In May 2021, they obtained the certification "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," also through LinkedIn. Their most recent certification is the "Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification" which they obtained from HRCI in December 2021.
