Heather Collier has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Heather started their career at Ditech Financial LLC as a Senior Compliance Analyst, where they performed testing of documents and system changes. Heather then worked as a Compliance Officer at BrooksAmerica Mortgage, auditing loan files and implementing regulatory changes. At GMAC Mortgage, they served as a Business Analyst, managing change requests and preparing requirement specifications. Heather later joined Impac Mortgage Corp., where they held various roles including Senior Compliance Analyst and Senior Business Systems Analyst/Encompass Administrator, coordinating meetings, gathering requirements, and managing disclosure changes. Currently, they are working at GoodLeap as a Fair Lending, HMDA, and UDAAP Compliance Officer.
