Josh Harmatz

Josh Harmatz has over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Josh started their career as an Area Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage in 2002, where they worked until 2006. Harmatz then joined Advantage One Mortgage as a Regional Manager from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, they became the President of California State Lending Services, Inc., a position they held until 2012. During this time, they also founded Voyage Financial Group, Inc., where they served as the Founding Partner and Director of Operations from 2008 to 2012.

In 2012, Harmatz joined Paramount Equity as the SVP of Sales Operations. Josh later became the Executive Vice President of Sales Operations in 2014 and held this role until 2020. Josh also had a brief role as the SVP of Sales and Operations at Paramount Equity from 2012 to 2014.

In 2020, Harmatz joined GoodLeap, LLC as the Executive Vice President of Mortgage Production, a position they currently hold.

Josh Harmatz pursued their education at California State University-Sacramento. From 1997 to 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2007-2008, they completed an MBA with a specialization in Business Administration from the same institution.
