Olaf Castritius

Olaf Castritius has a vast and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Olaf is currently serving as the Managing Director and CFO of Goodly Innovations GmbH. Before this, in 2013, they started their own business as an Owner, providing interim management services in the areas of Business Development, Finance, M&A, and Strategy. From 2009 to 2014, they held the position of Executive Director at Jaenecke & Cie. Olaf also served as the Executive Vice President at M7 Group SA from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an MD at GE Capital from 2007 to 2008 and as an MD of TV Channels D,A,CH at NBC Universal from 2004 to 2007. Olaf'scareer started at Deutsche Bank where they worked as a Director from 1998 to 2003. Olaf also held Director positions at E.ON from 1994 to 1998 and at Treuhandanstalt, Berlin from 1991 to 1994. Olaf began their professional journey as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 1989 to 1991.

From 1985 to 1989, Olaf Castritius attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Betriebswirt (EBS). Olaf'sfield of study focused on Finance and International Management.
