Jordan Acker is the Founder and Consultant of Highbury Advisors, focusing on helping institutions of higher education navigate the new era of collegiate athletics. Previously, Jordan served as a Regent at the University of Michigan, where Jordan tackled important issues such as affordability, fair wages, and student experience. As a Partner at Goodman Acker P.C., Jordan managed a multi-million dollar budget and oversaw multiple office locations. Jordan's experience also includes roles at the Department of Homeland Security, the White House, and various legal internships. Jordan holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
