Alfan Faizin

Alfan Faizin is an experienced project and operations manager in the milling and food production industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Goodman Fielder since August 2020, overseeing a US$200 million greenfield project for an industrial estate. Previous roles include Technical Manager for Flour at Wilmar International, Head Miller at Olam and Wilmar International, and Production Manager at IFFCO, demonstrating a strong track record in plant commissioning, operational efficiency, and talent development. Alfan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada and has completed specialized trainings in milling technology.
