Simon Eagar

Simon Eagar is a seasoned professional in product development and research, currently serving as the Head of R&D, Technical, Quality & Nutrition at Goodman Fielder since May 2021. Prior to this, Simon held significant roles in product development at PMFresh and Ingham's Group Limited, where Simon led major initiatives in the poultry sector, contributing to the success of Australia & New Zealand’s largest vertically integrated poultry manufacturer. Simon's career began at Nestlé, where a foundation in new product development was laid. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Business & Technology from UNSW and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
