Jessica Campanello

Jessica Campanello, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at Goodman Management Group since October 2024. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Property Manager at Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate from September 2022 to October 2024 and was Managing Partner at Vertex Professional Group from December 2020 to August 2022. Jessica's extensive experience in property management includes overseeing a portfolio with over 2500 units and managing community projects in collaboration with Board of Directors, conducting compliance inspections, and addressing homeowner concerns. Additionally, Jessica has held various roles in financial aid support and logistics, including positions as Financial Aid Student Support Representative at Ross Medical Education Center and Chief Financial Officer at Continental Elite Transport. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky in 2015.
