Kirstie Ellard-Smith

Kirstie Ellard-Smith currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the two Co-Founders and Director of Production and Operations at Bandicoot TV since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kirstie held positions at UKTV as Personal Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director of Commissioning from November 2017 to April 2022, and at FremantleMedia UK from October 2016 to November 2017, where responsibilities included Sales Coordinator for the UK and EMEA and Personal Assistant to various senior executives. Other notable experiences include roles at Paramount International, BBC Studios, Global Eagle Entertainment, ITV, Unit Post Production, and Channel 4, spanning from 2006 to 2016, across various capacities in production, programming, and administration. Kirstie completed education at Bullers Wood School for Girls between 1999 and 2006.
