Ashley Stathas

Ashley Stathas is a seasoned accountant with extensive experience in property and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Goodman Real Estate since May 2022, Ashley previously held a Property Accountant role at Blanton Turner from December 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience includes managing a beach for the City of Seattle from June 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing visitor safety and staff management. Ashley’s background also features leadership roles in financial analysis and budgeting at Western Washington University, complemented by internships that enhanced communication and operational skills. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Finance concentration, along with minors in Accounting and International Business from Western Washington University.
