Catherine Mouly

Catherine Mouly has extensive experience in the arts and education, serving as a Board Member for the American Writers Museum since April 2017 and a Trustee for Goodman Theatre since March 2009. Catherine has been a Life Member of the Visiting Committee to The Division of the Humanities at The University of Chicago since September 1990 and has lectured in Romance Languages there from 1983 to 1985. Previous roles include Adjunct Writing Instructor at Columbia College Chicago from 1979 to 1983, Writing Preceptor at The University of Chicago from 1979 to 1982, and Poetry Co-Editor for Chicago Review from 1977 to 1979. Catherine holds a PhD in Comparative Studies in Literature from The University of Chicago and a BA in Psychology and Social Relations/General Studies from Harvard University.
