Mia Maccarella is an experienced theatre professional with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Loyola University Chicago. Currently serving as a Floor Manager at Goodman Theatre since August 2024, Maccarella has previously held roles including Stage Management Intern and Theatre Production Coordinator. Notable positions also include Production Stage Manager at Young People’s Theatre of Chicago, Stage Manager at Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, and various stage management roles at Drury Lane Theatre & Events, Northwestern University, The Piven Theatre Workshop, Porchlight Music Theatre, and Visión Latino Theatre Company. Maccarella's diverse experience covers multiple aspects of stage production management and coordination.
