Jackie Hou

Jackie Hou is currently an HR Manager at Goodman, where they implement HR strategies across China and enhance the employee experience through talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Jackie served as an HR Business Partner at General Mills, contributing to various departments' HR needs and managing significant organizational changes. Before their tenure at General Mills, Jackie held HRBP positions at ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS and worked as a Consultant at Future Management Consulting. Jackie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Technology from Shanghai Maritime University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
