Stephen Johns

Stephen is currently Chairman and a non-executive director of Brambles Limited, a non-executive director of Garvan Institute of Medical Research and was previously Chairman and non-executive director of Leighton Holdings Limited and Spark Infrastructure Group. Stephen is a former executive and non-executive director of Westfield Group where he had a long executive career during which he held a number of senior positions including that of Finance Director from 1985 to 2002. He has a Bachelor of Economics Degree from The University of Sydney and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
