Troy Briggs CCIM, CPM serves as the Regional Director of Development & Investments for Goodman, overseeing development, entitlement, construction, leasing, and acquisition activities on the East Coast since September 2012. Prior experience includes roles in leasing and marketing at Liberty Property Trust from May 2001 to September 2012, and as Multi-Family Director of Operations at Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. from May 1995 to May 2001. Troy has also held general management positions at Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort, Holiday Inn Worldwide, and Marriott Hotels International. Troy holds an MBA in Business from Lebanon Valley College, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, completed in 1985.
