Michelle Keefer

Michelle Keefer is currently the Director of Quality Operations at Goodmans Interior Structures. Prior to this role, she served as an Independent Consultant for Goodmans Interior Structures and as the Director of Sales Support. Michelle has extensive experience in the furniture industry, having also worked as an Operations Manager at Herman Miller. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Davenport University. Throughout her career, Michelle has focused on continuous improvement, customer service, and promoting a safe work environment in various leadership roles.
