Neil Barnfather MBE has had a long and varied career in the technology and innovation space. In 2020, they joined GoodMaps as the Chief Commercial Officer and VP Europe and VP UK & Ireland, leading the development of the European and UK & Ireland strategies for market access, product regionalisation, stakeholder management, integration of all territory prospects to include sales, operations and onboarding. From 2018 to 2020, they were the UK & Ireland Officer at Aira. From 2016 to 2018, they were the CXO - Innovation, Transformation & Experience at MSD, where they were responsible for disruptive and adaptive solutions to provide innovative and transformative solutions to business and commercial operations. From 2015 to 2016, they held various contracted appointments, focusing on technology, innovation, transformation, people, CX/UX/UI, AI/ML, policy/practice, consultancy and revenue management/operations. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Prazari.com, an online boot fair. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Committee Member of the Conservative Technology Forum and from 2013 to 2014, they were the Chairman of Milton Keynes Conservative Association (South). From 2012 to 2013, they were an Officer of the Conservative Disability Group. Finally, from 2005 to 2015, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of TalkNav Limited, a philanthropic venture established to effectively deliver products and services to the low vision community.

Neil Barnfather MBE has a diverse educational background. Neil obtained an Engineer’s Degree from Arla Institute in 1999-2000, a HND in Business Management from West Kent College in 2001-2003, a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from The Open University in 2003-2004, and an MSc in Economics & Marketing from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2004-2005. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Fellow from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, The Institute of Leadership and Management, and The Institute of Directors.
