José Enrique Castro Riquelme

José Enrique Castro Riquelme has been working in the tech industry since 2010. In 2010, they started as a Desarrollador de Sistemas at Verifika. José Enrique then worked at BluFox from 2011 to 2013 as a Director de proyectos - Software Arquitect - Software Developer, Verdant Publicaciones Digitales as a Software Developer in 2013, Jaumach? as a Director de Desarrollo in 2013, Admetricks as a Senior Software Developer in 2015, Devsys Chile as a Consultor de proyectos from 2012 to 2016, Chileágil as a Coordinador in 2016, and Software Craftsmanship and Testing as a Coordinador in 2016. Currently, they are the Co-founder & CTO of GoodMeal App, a B2C marketplace in Latin America with the mission to reduce food waste. José Enrique helps retailers such as restaurants, small stores, bakeries, fruit shops, supermarkets, and hotels to sell their excess food that would otherwise be wasted, while consumers get delicious food at a great price.

José Enrique Castro Riquelme attended the Universidad del Bío Bío from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Ing. Civil Informatico. In 2014, they attended Lean Startup Machine. José Enrique Castro Riquelme also holds certifications from LeanIX as a LeanIX Certified Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, obtained in July 2021, and from Code School for Shaping up with Angular.js.
