Tara Tipton

Tara Tipton is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong background in customer service management. Currently serving as Operations Process Manager at Goodpack since 2017, Tara has previously held various roles at Industrial Pipe Fittings - IPF Plasson, including Regional CX Account Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Representative from 2006 to 2016. In these positions, Tara successfully managed purchasing, warehousing, and shipping activities across multiple manufacturing facilities, implemented automated systems to enhance production planning, and led initiatives to improve customer service and order accuracy. Prior experience also includes serving as Assistant Manager at Equity Residential and Leasing Consultant at Oakwood Worldwide. Tara holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University, an A.S. from Navarro College, and a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
