Madeline McConnell

Madeline McConnell has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Madeline is currently the Sr. Director of Operations and Supply Chain at GOOD PLANeT Foods, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SMASHMALLOW as the Director of Operations from May 2021 to November 2021.

From June 2018 to May 2021, Madeline worked at Happy Family Brands (Nurture Inc) as the Director of Operations. Before that, they held various roles within the company including Supply Chain Manager from February 2016 to May 2018, Fulfillment Manager from October 2013 to February 2016, and Logistics Coordinator from March 2012 to October 2013. In the role of Logistics Coordinator, they worked closely with warehousing and logistic providers, managed customer orders and shipping deadlines, and tracked customer service metrics and KPIs.

Madeline also gained experience as a Law Enforcement Intern at CABRILLO NATIONAL MONUMENT CONSERVANCY from July 2011 to December 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Front Office Manager at Haute Spa Salon from October 2009 to October 2011, and as a Mathematics Tutor at PLNU from September 2007 to May 2009.

Madeline McConnell completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from PLNU (Point Loma Nazarene University) in 2011.
