Taylor Coskren

Taylor Coskren has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They currently hold the position of Chief People Officer at Goodroot, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, from September 2021 to April 2023, Taylor worked as the Head of People at Accent Therapeutics, Inc. Taylor also gained valuable experience at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where they served as the Head of Organizational Strategy and Capability from July 2020 to July 2021, and as the Organization Strategy and Capability Lead from February 2019 to June 2020.

Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Taylor had a successful tenure at Deloitte. As a Manager, they were responsible for various projects from August 2016 to January 2019. Before that, as a Senior Consultant, they worked from September 2013 to September 2016. Taylor also worked as a Human Resources Intern at EMC in 2012.

In the early stages of their career, Taylor played a significant role in campus recruiting. At Deloitte, they worked as a Campus Recruiter from April 2010 to July 2011, where they revamped the campus recruiting strategy and managed intern programs. Similar responsibilities were held at Grant Thornton as a Campus Recruiter from April 2009 to April 2010.

Taylor also gained experience in executive search as an Executive Search Associate at J. Robert Scott; Fidelity Investments from June 2006 to September 2008. In this role, they assessed client business needs, developed recruiting strategies, conducted interviews, and created research reports.

Taylor Coskren completed their MBA in Management and Organizations from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Economics from Tufts University, from 2002 to 2006. Taylor also attended Melrose High School, although the specific dates and degrees obtained are unknown. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a CQ® Certified Facilitator: Unconscious Bias Train-the-Trainer from the Cultural Intelligence Center in May 2021.
