Ernest Li has a diverse work experience in product design and leadership roles. Ernest is currently working at GoodRx as a Lead Product Designer II. In this role, they have led the design of the visit experience for new patients and GoodRx telehealth service, resulting in significant improvements in visit completion, refund rate, and CSAT.
Before joining GoodRx, Ernest was the Head of Product Design at Tala, where they led a global design team and launched a debit card and mobile-banking product in Mexico. Ernest also oversaw the end-to-end redesign of mobile apps in partnership with Pentagram branding agency.

Ernest has also worked as a Product Designer at Hulu, contributing to the design of their platform, and as a Product Design Consultant at Change.org, where they led the design of the new mobile website and core features focused on user engagement.
