Gracye Cheng

Gracye Cheng is currently the General Counsel and SVP at GoodRx since November 2014. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Yang Ventures from 2014 to 2018, leading the angel investment group's investment strategy for fintech and legaltech. They also have experience as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they served as the Policy Director at Jay Chen for Congress from 2010 to 2012 and Chair of the Editorial Board at the Roosevelt Institution from 2008 to 2010.
