Hawthorn Mineart

Hawthorn Mineart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They recently worked as a Senior Systems Designer at GoodRx, where they collaborated on a design system to improve the visual and functional consistency of web applications company-wide. Prior to that, Hawthorn worked at Pearson in various roles, including Senior User Interface Design Analyst and Senior User Interface Designer. They conducted user experience and interaction design for web applications in higher education publishing, collaborated on design systems and style guides, and developed course content and online accessibility. Hawthorn also served as a Senior Designer/Team Lead for the UX Ecommerce Team, where they managed a team responsible for sustaining company branding and design. In addition, Hawthorn has experience in front-end development, XHTML/CSS design, and corporate e-commerce sites and web applications. They have a strong focus on visual design, branding, and usability.

Hawthorn Mineart pursued their undergraduate education at Ball State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Philosophy from 1986 to 1991. Hawthorn continued their studies at the same university, focusing on Communication and Media Studies, earning a Bachelor's degree from 1986 to 1994.
