Meredith Merkley has a diverse work experience in the field of pediatrics. Meredith is currently working as a Pediatrician at North Country HealthCare since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Co-Director at Run Wild Kids Camp, a nonprofit youth camp focused on empowering and supporting children through running and outdoor activities. Meredith also worked as a Content Writer at GoodRx, where they researched medical topics and wrote online health articles. In 2021, they served as a General Pediatrician at Crested Butte Pediatrics Prof LLC and worked as a General Pediatrician at Advanced Pediatric Associates from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as an Academic Fellow and Pediatric Resident at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Meredith Merkley has a diverse education background. Meredith obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Ohio University from 2010 to 2014. Upon completing their undergraduate and medical education, they went on to complete a Pediatric Residency program at Nationwide Children's Hospital from 2014 to 2017. Subsequently, they engaged in an Academic Fellowship at the same institution from 2017 to 2019.

Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in November 2022. Meredith also holds certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), General Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
