From 2006 to 2011, Trinidad attended California State University, Los Angeles, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with Honors in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.

In 2010, Trinidad conducted summer research at Harvard University as a Summer Research Fellow, focusing on Immunology.

In 2009, Trinidad was an Amgen Scholar at the University of Washington, specializing in Developmental Biology.

Trinidad continued their academic journey by enrolling at Stanford University from 2011 to 2017. They successfully obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Transplant Immunology.

In 2019, Trinidad participated in the Viterbi Data Bootcamp at the University of Southern California, which provided additional training in data analysis.

The following year, in 2020, Trinidad acquired a certification in Data Science with Python from Data Camp.

Presently, Trinidad is pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Statistics at Michigan Technological University, which they initiated in 2021 and aim to complete by 2023.
