Carin Curtis

Carin Curtis is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of People Ops and Global Resourcing at Goods & Services since February 2021. In this role, Carin oversees the recruitment functions for full-time and contract staff on a global scale, while also managing and developing the recruiting team. Prior to this position, Carin held various roles at Alight Solutions, including Project Manager for CS Events Management, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, stakeholder relations, and the execution of complex projects for major clients. Earlier experience includes managing relationships and staffing operations at Randstad (previously Spherion Staffing), developing business opportunities at Ultimate Staffing, and supervising on-site staffing at Randstad. Carin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from UCF College of Business.
