Deon Lourens

Deon Lourens is a seasoned Corporate Wellness Coach with extensive experience in promoting health and fitness. Currently affiliated with NearShore Technology since January 2017 and serving as a Swim Coach for the Boys & Girls Club since November 2016, Deon has played a significant role in coaching athletes of all ages through DEON'S WORLD MULTI SPORT COACHING since January 2006. Additionally, leadership capabilities are demonstrated as Coach and Race Director at DEON'S WORLD and as Head Coach for Deon's World Multi-Sport online Coaching since January 1988. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Wellness Coach at THE PIRCH from January 2014 to October 2016, focusing on improving staff health and well-being. Deon holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed between 1984 and 1988.
