Abigail Wuest (Potts) has a wealth of work experience. Abigail began their career in 2002 as a Law Clerk for the WI State Circuit Court. In 2003, they held two internships, one as a Legal Intern for the White House Council on Environmental Quality and another as a Legal Intern for the U.S. EPA Region 5. In 2004, they were a Law Clerk for the Kentucky Supreme Court. In 2006, they were an Associate for Anderson & Kent, S.C. In 2014, they were Supervisor, Dist. 28 for the Dane County Board of Supervisors. From 2008 to 2017, they were Assistant Attorney General for the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Most recently, they have been the CEO and Co-Founder of Goods Unite Us, Inc. since 2017.

Abigail Wuest (Potts) received their J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2004, and their BA in Political Science from St. Olaf College in 2001.
