Ellen Read has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ellen began their career as an HR Administrator at Robert Bosch in 2008, where they worked until 2010. Ellen then joined GE Healthcare as a Human Resources professional in 2010 and stayed with the company until 2011. In 2012, Ellen became an HR Assistant at Galliford Try, a position they held until 2013. Ellen then moved on to NHS Anglia Commissioning Support Unit, where they worked as an HR Assistant until 2014. Ellen then joined Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust as an HR Advisor, providing advice and support to managers on the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ellen also supported informal mediation between employees and reviewed HR policies. Ellen worked at the trust until 2015, when they joined SJD Accountancy as a Human Resources Advisor. During their time at SJD Accountancy, they served in that role until 2020, when they transitioned to their current role as a Project Support Coordinator at GoodShape.
Ellen Read obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth, where they attended from 2005 to 2008. Ellen further pursued their education by completing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Bucks New University, attending from 2009 to 2011.
