Lauren Willetts has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren began their career in 2012 as a Sales Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, focusing on customer service and maintaining the shop floor. In 2013, they worked as a General Assistant at Elior, where they served food and drinks and ensured a clean working environment. In 2015, Lauren took on the role of a Sales Assistant at AFC Bournemouth, where they served customers during football games and handled cash and stock. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Care Advisor at ASOS.com, where they interacted with customers and provided support through various channels. Currently, Lauren is employed at GoodShape, starting in 2019 as a Team Leader and progressively advancing to roles such as Quality Assurance Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, and currently Customer Experience Team Manager.
From 2014 to 2018, Lauren Willetts attended Bournemouth University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science.
