Co-Founder at Goodshuffle

Andrew Garcia is the Co-Founder of Goodshuffle, a position they have held since July 2015. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Principal Consultant at Whiteboard Federal Technologies from August 2010 to July 2015, specializing in Big Data analytics and visualization. Andrew was also a development lead at their customer site, doing 99% hands-on-keyboard implementation including tasks such as COTS integration (Splunk, BEA/Oracle products), custom full-stack development, API design and service integration, and custom GIS-driven visualizations.

From August 2008 to August 2010, Garcia worked as a Principal Consultant - National Security Group for Oracle. In this role, they focused on Real Estate Investment Group focusing on cash-flow positive single family detached homes.

Garcia is also the owner of G3 Computer Science, L.L.C., a position they have held since January 2007. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Consultant - Federal Professional Services for BEA Systems from January 2007 to August 2008.

Andrew Garcia has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Andrew also has certification from Cloudera in Cloudera Certified Hadoop Administrator and Cloudera Certified Hadoop Developer. In addition, they have certification from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Business Component Developer for J2EE, Sun Certified Enterprise Architect, Sun Certified Java 2 Developer, Sun Certified Java 2 Programmer, and Sun Certified Web Component Developer for J2EE.
