Courtney Schoonover has over 12 years of work experience in customer service and customer success roles. Courtney began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent at Yates and Associates. In 2008, they moved to Sanford Brown College as an Admissions Representative. In 2011, they joined Quest College as a Registrar/Student Services Coordinator, Admissions Director and Admissions Advisor. In 2014, they joined Yodle as a Customer Success Specialist/Retention Consultant and Customer Care Specialist. In 2016, they returned to Quest College as an Admissions Director/Marketing Director. In 2017, they joined Digital Pharmacist Inc. as a Retention/Customer Success/Billing & Collections Manager and Web.com as a Customer Retention Manager. Courtney then moved to Chargify in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager and currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Goodside Health since 2020.
