Ben Yang

Ben Yang is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Engineering Manager at Goodstack since May 2025. Previously, Ben held the same title at Monzo Bank from January 2024 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing three engineering teams focused on developing credit and rewards products. With a background in management roles at Collective Benefits, Deliveroo, and Improbable, Ben has cultivated a strong focus on team performance and inclusivity. Early career experience included positions at Bloomberg LP, Huawei, and Ericsson, providing a solid foundation in software development and marketing. Ben holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Telecommunications from UCL and an EMBA from both Columbia University and London Business School.
