Marnie's career includes significant positions such as Leadership & Culture Manager at SA Water, People and Culture Manager at HomeStart Finance, and Director of Organisational Capabilities, Talent & Performance at American Express. Marnie's earlier experience at Motorola encompassed various HR roles, including Regional HR Manager.
