Carolyn Davidson is an accomplished Executive Coach and Organizational Development (OD) Professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently self-employed at CDavidson Coaching & Consulting since May 2016 and serving as a Senior Executive Coach at Goodstone Group LLC since November 2017, Carolyn has previously held significant roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, Carolyn Davidson & Associates, Washington Mutual, and Philips Medical Systems. With a career spanning several decades, Carolyn has demonstrated expertise in coaching senior leaders, designing and implementing organizational initiatives, and managing diverse teams. Educational credentials include a Coaching Certification from New Ventures West and degrees in Organization Development from Antioch University Seattle and Public Administration/Business from UMass Boston.
