Danessa Knaupp

Danessa Knaupp is the Founder and CEO of Avenue 8 Advisors, an executive coaching and advisory practice specializing in leadership transformation and executive development since August 2016. In addition to leading Avenue 8, Danessa serves as a Senior Executive Coach at Goodstone Group LLC and previously at AIIR Consulting. Danessa's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Capital One, where leadership roles included Senior Vice President of Change Management and Senior Director, focusing on integration strategies and sales operations implementation. Danessa's early experience includes founding Dinner Divas LLC, achieving notable retail success, and a previous role as Group Manager at Capital One Services, where a company-wide cost reduction effort led to $32 million in savings. Education credentials include an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William & Mary.
