Debby Stone

Debby Stone is the founder and CEO of Novateur Partners, LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development consulting firm established in January 2002, specializing in assisting lawyers and corporate leaders in developing and implementing strategies for sustainable success. Additionally, Debby serves as the Client Relationship Lead and Senior Executive Coach at Goodstone Group LLC since January 2011, facilitating senior leaders in enhancing leadership competencies and communication skills. Debby has also contributed as an On-Call Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership from January 2012 to December 2018, leading workshops focused on leadership development and performance maximization. Previously, Debby founded Stone Law Associates, Inc., focusing on corporate and intellectual property law, and served as an Associate/Of Counsel at Dentons. Debby's academic credentials include a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and an A.B. in Public Policy from Duke University.
