Martha Smolen

Martha Smolen is an experienced executive coach specializing in facilitation and leadership development, with a career spanning over two decades. Since founding Martha Smolen, LLC in 2015, Smolen has also contributed to several organizations, including Goodstone Group LLC, Awesome Institute, and CMO Coaches, all in similar roles since 2019. Previously, Smolen excelled as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, managing diverse teams and driving impactful strategies in various functional areas. With a background that includes a Director of ECommerce Marketing position at Fidelity Investments and marketing roles at Computer Corporation of America, Smolen holds an MBA in Marketing from Simmons University and a cum laude BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
