Eugenia Tan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting their career as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Jebsen & Jessen, they later worked as an Account Executive at 141 Worldwide. Eugenia then joined Unilever as a Project Lead and eventually became a Senior Account Manager at OgilvyOne Worldwide, where they led a successful team and received numerous awards. Following that, Eugenia worked at Givaudan as a Regional Category Marketing Manager and at The Damn Good Shop as the Creator of The Adverjargon Notebooks. Currently, they hold multiple roles at GOODSTUPH Private Limited, including Managing Director and Managing Partner, as well as Head of Strategy. Eugenia has been instrumental in the growth and success of GOODSTUPH, receiving awards and recognition for their work.

Eugenia Tan completed a NeuroTransformational Coach program at BEabove Leadership in 2023. Eugenia holds a Graduate Diploma from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
