Jove Tapiador is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as President of Rural Bank of Silay City Inc. since September 2021, Jove is driving the bank toward sustainable finance innovations. As Co-Founder of GoodTech Information Systems Inc., Jove focuses on digital transformation for small to medium financial institutions. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Board Director at Proptech Holdings, providing innovative living and working solutions, and In-Country Fintech Expert at PwC, advising on fintech regulatory frameworks. Jove's consultancy work has aided various sectors, including contributions to the International Labour Organization.
