Rosalind Vargas-Samuel

Rosalind Vargas-Samuel has extensive experience in workforce development and client support, currently serving as a Literacy Case Manager at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey since January 2015, managing a team of four and overseeing a caseload of over 100 clients with educational barriers. Prior to this role, Rosalind worked as a Retention Specialist for seven years within the same organization, supervising a team and achieving a 93% retention rate among employed clients. Earlier experience includes serving as an Accounting Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included budget management and administrative support for financial audits. Rosalind holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Business Administration and Management from LaGuardia Community College and a high school diploma from the Choir Academy of Harlem.
