Wendy Phillips

Wendy Phillips is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and venture capital. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Alliances at TruTechnologies, which specializes in software for clinical trial oversight, Wendy also holds the position of Venture Partner at Ridge Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in innovative software and data companies. Additionally, Wendy is a Board Member at GoodUnited, a company transforming peer-to-peer fundraising through technology. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Certain, Inc., where Wendy contributed to event intelligence solutions, and Co-Founder and VP of Sales and Marketing at Gather Digital, a mobile app provider for conferences, which was acquired by Certain. Wendy’s career began at Advent International as a Partner in the early-stage technology fund. Wendy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Dartmouth College.
