Jon McNeill

Jon McNeill is the CEO and Co-Founder of DVx Ventures, a venture studio dedicated to launching and scaling socially impactful businesses since April 2020. With a proven track record, DVx has successfully created over a dozen companies, achieving a 9x return for investors and generating significant economic value. McNeill holds multiple board positions, including roles at General Motors, Asurion, lululemon, CrossFit, Stash, and TIER Mobility, and has served as an Advisory Partner at Advent International and an Advisor at Goodwater Capital. McNeill also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Cruise from November 2023 to March 2025. McNeill's academic background includes a degree from Northwestern University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
