Brenda Hanes is a seasoned professional in workforce development and rehabilitation, currently serving as Program Manager at Goodwill Columbus since September 1992, where responsibilities include ensuring Work Experience compliance for ResCare, FCJFS, and TANF recipients. Previously, as Director of Rehabilitation and Workforce Development at the Battelle Career Education Center, Brenda focused on assisting individuals with disabilities and other barriers in gaining skills for competitive employment. Brenda also held the position of Manager of Rehabilitation Services and Life Skills Coordinator at Lincoln Hills Development from 1988 to 1991, where the role involved supporting youth transitioning out of foster care. Brenda earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1975 to 1979.
