Tiffany Martin has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Tiffany began their career as a Director at Desert Hill, Inc. from September 1996 to July 1999. Tiffany then joined Champaign Residential Services, Inc. as a Program Director from 1999 to 2008. From there, they transitioned to Goodwill Columbus, where they held multiple positions including Program Director since April 2007, Senior Director of Residential Services since December 2014, and Director of Adult Day Services, Work & Community Services since May 2017. In 2014, they also owned and operated Love+Sweets Cottage Bakery as the Owner and Chef until its closure in July 2021. Throughout their career, Tiffany has demonstrated their abilities to manage large budgets, lead teams, and deliver high-quality services.
Tiffany Martin attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Psychology and Dramatic Arts. Tiffany then studied at Northeastern Junior College from 1989 to 1991, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology and Dramatic Arts. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they went to Franklin University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Applied Psychology.

Since 1939 the organization has dedicated itself to transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities and other barriers through pathways to independence and the power of work.
