Alison Mitchell

Alison Mitchell currently serves as the Donor Relations Manager at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, where responsibilities include managing the donor database and enhancing donor relationships through targeted strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Programs Manager at the Percussive Arts Society, where Alison directed strategic program development and led logistics for the major annual event, PASIC®. Additional roles at the Percussive Arts Society included Programs Coordinator, supporting operational actions and overseeing data migration to Salesforce, as well as an internship that improved logistics for PASIC. Earlier in the career, Alison was the Assistant Director of Percussion at Rockwall High School, focusing on individualized student curricula that achieved competitive success. Alison holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Music Education from Northwestern State University.
